Hi, I'm Lee. Over the last 40 years, I have obtained an array of knowledge and experience in health and fitness which includes:

In the first two instances I have taken thousands of classes and instructed tens of thousands of people.

Who Am I?
As a child nature was my playground. But after leaving the Royal Marines and starting a family, a new career in the police, and a business, I became disconnected from myself and my needs/wants/passions, and the outdoors and nature. I lost my way, becoming overweight and unhealthy. I have experienced, burn out and chronic stress, with the physical symptoms that come with this, high blood pressure, raised cholesterol, low energy, and not being present, for me, my family and my friends.
Turning to nature and outdoor fitness as my guide, and utilising mindset techniques that I learned in the Royal Marines and from nature therapy, I regained my health and vitality, eradicated all of my symptoms, and now spend my time helping others experience that same healing power by teaching them to move, exercise and play outdoors embracing their natural surroundings, and find a community that will help them thrive.

Who I Work With
I work with men and women 40 and over, who are stressed, burnt out, disillusioned and unhappy, and want to beat stress, deter illness, build strength and mobility, and who love being outdoors and connecting with nature. They want to age well, look good, inspire others, stay capable and remain useful. But they need the support and accountability of a professional and highly experienced coach who understands them in order to achieve this.

Combining my Royal Marines and Police Diver experience with my decades of fitness knowledge, together with my personal life experiences of being married for over 30 years, raising three gorgeous children (now adults), and the incredible benefits of spending time in nature and exercising 'playing' outdoors, I am able to provide you with a truly holistic mind and body approach to your health and fitness that will help you now and into your older years.
